"Speaking of kitchens: the food is nothing short of mind-blowing, even by New Orleans standards. I almost died and went to heaven when I had their fried shrimp tacos. The peppers have a ton of heat but don't overpower the dish, and the way the meat is cooked balances out the heat perfectly. SO GOOD. The queso fundido is also excellent, and their drink menu is exciting and eclectic and pairs perfectly with their entrees. The ceviche is to-die-for. And if you like spicy food, you MUST try their carnitas."

"We tried the queso dip and the papas fritas as appetizers which were both excellent. We went with tacos as our main course, steak and carnitas. The steak was well cooked and the carnitas was surprisingly spicy, we loved both! The star of the show was the churros!"
