 Chef Tiffany Thomas

Chef Tiffany Thomas is classically-trained in the Escoffier brigade method. She learned under acclaimed celebrity chef Tory McPhail while at Commander's Palace in New Orleans for four years, and earned a much-coveted sous chef position. She went on to sous chef at other famous fine-dining kitchens before stepping into full leadership roles as an executive chef. Tiffany currently works as Culinary Director & General Manager of the beautiful English Turn Golf and Country Club in New Orleans, LA.

Tiffany's cuisine stems from deep study of global cuisines. She began first by studying traditional French cuisine & technique, along with the bright flavors of the Creole cultures of New Orleans & the Caribbean. She further deepened her knowledge of Italian, Spanish, Mediterranean, and Latin cuisines while leading kitchens dedicated to these styles. As Culinary Director, she guides an excellent fine-dining kitchen with a great executive chef and staff, giving oversight, guidance, and an overall vision to constantly challenge and expand the dining experience.

Tiffany's culinary journey has included restaurants such as:
